Return Process

If you don´t like the painting after receiving, we will fix the painting or send a new painting to you at no charge. First you need to contact us and tell us you wish to return the oil painting, then we´ll give you our shipping address and you can mail the package to us. Remember that the painting must be wrapped & packed in the original tube or with other good package, please make sure the items are returned undamaged.
If the painting arrives damaged, and it can be fixed, you can return it to our address. Make sure the painting is wrapped & packed in the original tube or with other good package.
