Ordering Methods
1 Order Easily and Securely Online
Browse our huge oil paintings by clicking "Shop by Category" section or "Shop by Famous Artists" section on the left of our website. From here, if you see an oil painting that you like, you can click the image to see an enlarged one and more information. After reviewing the details of the painting, if you decide to purchase, please select the size of the painting on the right and then click the "Add to Cart"button to add to shopping cart; and if you want to order other paintings, you can continue to browse. When you add all the paintings you purchase to your shopping cart, then you can click the"Checkout"button to accomplish your order. You will finish your order by paying with PayPal or Credit Card.
2 Order by Email
If you have any image or photo not displayed on our website that you would like our artists to paint from, please email us at sales@zhuoyapaint.com or service@zhuoyapaint.com, specifying the exact size and quantity you order or other requirements, along with the image attached. We will reply to you promptly with our low price.
3 Order by Mail or Express
Sometimes, customers have their own photos or images developed with high resolution(HR), so that they want our artists to see clearly and to paint more details of the painting. If like this, you can send the photos along with a note(order information: quantity, size(s), shipping address and other requirements) by Post Mail or Express.

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union and Bank Transfer.
1 Paypal is a popular payment tool for small business by internet nowadays, which is easy, quick and security. We also accept Credit Card.
When you make payment online, you may worry about your information safety, here you can rest assured, because we have already used Secure Socket Layer(SSL) to protect your payment information and prevent any people from intercepting your data. When entering our checkout section, you can look for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.This is a safety symbol that assures you that your payment information is being transferred securely. No person will see your credit card information as it is all done electronically. We also do not keep your credit card number on file. As an added level of security, all purchases are guaranteed by both your credit card and our processing company.
2 Western Union takes few seconds to pay money from your country to China like lightflash. Please inform us the full name of the payer, the pay amount, and the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) by Email for the order confirmation. 3 Bank Transfer to our business account of Chinese Bank. Email us to get our bank account information. If you would like to use other payment methods, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery
After your order and payment are confirmed, we will arrange our artists to strat painting at once. Since painting with oil on canvas is a complicated, time-consuming process, our artists will spend 8-15 days creating your masterpiece. But if the painting is much larger or is very complex, the artists will spend more time. Once the painting is finished, we will ship it soon. If you request to see the photo of finished paintings before shipment, no problem, we will email you photo(s) of it(them), you can check and ask for revisions or approve the image for shipping. You can rest assured, we will provide you high quality hand-painted oil painting for you.
We carefully roll up the oil painting canvas in a protective shipping tube, and ship by EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT,etc. It takes 4 to 7 days. For the large quantity orders, we will ship them by sea, it takes 15 to 30 days. To get more information, please click Shipping Information.
