After your order and payment are confirmed, we will arrange our artists to strat painting at once. It takes 8-15 days to create your masterpiece. But if your painting is much larger or is very complex, the artists will spend more time. Once the painting is finished, we will ship it soon.

How do you ship paintings?
We ship oil paintings by EMS, DHL, FedEx or UPS. The shipping time is 4 to 7 days. If the quantity you order is large, we will ship them by sea, shipping time is 15 to 30 days.

Can I order an oil painting in custom size?
Yes, you can order an oil painting in any custom size. The custom size should follow the painting´s original aspect ratio, keeping the original relation between the painting´s length and width. If the size you need does not match the painting´s original aspect ratio, our experienced artists will extend or reduce some of the painting´s background to achieve the best possible result.

Can I order an oil painting with custom changes?
Definitely. Our artists can make some adjustments or changes on masterpiece or your own photo to create a new painting by using your own idea, such as putting your face in a masterpiece, creating a new oil painting from a bunch of different photos(combining a background from one and a subject from another and a style from a third), color modifications, changing the realistic style to an impressionist, abstract style or Andy Warhol style and others. You needn´t to worry about the quality of finished oil painting with custom modifications, we will send you a photo proof for your approval before shipment. If you don´t satisfy, our artists will revise this painting until it meets your expectations.

Are the oil paintings delivered framed or unframed?
Usually, all of our oil paintings are shipped unframed. Our workers roll up the oil painting canvas carefully and packs it in a protective shipping tube so that the canvas will not be damaged during shipment. If you want to order an oil painting with frame, no problem, we will send you pictures of frame for your option. Then pack the oil painting framed with standard package. But we suggest that you´d better not order frame from us, because the shipping cost for framed oil painting is high, if possible, you´d better purchase a frame at local.

Can I see the painting before you ship it?
Of course. If you request, we will email you a photograph of the finished painting. You can look at the image and ask for revisions or approve the image for shipping.

What if my painting is damaged during shipping?
If your painting arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery so we can receive the package back from the shipping company and claim the insurance funds. We will then paint a new painting for you free and will ship it to you. This extremely rare circumstance does not constitute a reason for a refund as the damage is the responsibility of the shipping company and as we will paint for you a new painting for free.
